We’ve always believed in showing up for our community in real, tangible ways—and our care packages are one of our favorite ways to do that. here are 4 ways you can access one:

    Schedule a Zoom call with our founders, James & Megan, to share your story and explore how we can support you.

    Launch a Chapter

    Start your own I AM HEARD Chapter (this also includes connecting with us via Zoom).

    Fundraise

    Launch a fundraiser for I AM HEARD Coalition and raise $250 or more (easy to set up on Instagram or Facebook). If a Zoom call isn’t possible, no worries—we’ll still send a care package as a thank-you for your support.

    Give a gift

    Want to gift a care package to someone? Make a donation, let us know who it’s for, and we’ll work with you to build a package centered around their specific needs. We’d be honored to send it on your behalf.

As we continue building and expanding our direct-to-patient grant program, these care packages serve as a meaningful supplemental form of support. And no matter how much we grow, they’re here to stay.
